Hello! My name is Brandon.
I’m a big video game nerd. I was born at just the right time to be able to experience all the generation’s mainstream gaming consoles. My parents got me an NES when I was four years old, and my favorite game to play was Duck Hunt, and been gaming since then. I Own all the consoles (old and current) and a ton of games. If you were to ask which console is my favorite, it would be the Nintendo 64, because the jump from 2D to 3D worlds was when gaming arguably became more immersive and a way of life for many hardcore weirdos like me.
I also like to write music and do audio design. My inspiration comes from video games. I firmly believe if classical composers were still alive today, they would be video game composers. Yes, I think composers like Koji Kondo (Mario and Zelda composer) and Jeremy Soule (Elder Scrolls composer) are in the same league as Beethoven and Mozart.
It is an aspiration of mine to make a soundtrack for a game someday. In terms of advertising, I think it would be cool to write jingles for ads.
And don’t worry. I make time to go outside and touch grass too. :)
